These Communications Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all communications sent by Fjell Capital (“Fjell”), including phone calls, text messages (SMS), emails, and website interactions. These Terms also incorporate our Privacy Policy.
What communications am I agreeing to?
By providing Fjell Capital with a phone number or email address, you consent to receive communications for informational or promotional purposes via:

Emails
Text messages (SMS)
Web-based messages or forms
These messages may include (but are not limited to):
Appointment confirmations and reminders
Educational content and firm resources
Account service updates
New offerings and promotions
You certify that the contact information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to receive communications at those addresses or numbers. Communications may be sent using an automatic dialing system, artificial intelligence, or prerecorded voice. Consent is not a condition of receiving Fjell Capital’s services.
2. Calls and Email Consent
You may receive calls from Fjell for both service and promotional purposes. You may also receive emails that contain news, commentary, or personalized insights related to your interest in Fjell Capital.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.
Unsubscribing will stop future texts from that program. To opt in again, you may re-enroll via any Fjell Capital form or link where SMS opt-in is offered.
Supported Carriers:
Text message delivery is supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Fjell is not responsible for delays or undelivered messages.
4. Privacy and Consent Use
Fjell Capital values your privacy. We will not share your text messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties, except as needed to deliver SMS or related services via secure technology providers. Our full Privacy Policy explains how we collect and protect your data.
5. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
To the extent permitted by law, any dispute arising from your communications with Fjell Capital shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You and Fjell Capital waive the right to bring claims as class actions. This arbitration provision survives even if you unsubscribe or opt out of future communications.
